The information below is to help us work with you to plan your program and provide details about how it works.
- Discounts applied to the final amount sold after returns.
- Sales Tax is not included in your quote. Please charge sales tax where applicable.
- Your Late Sale order must contain a minimum of 12 packs.
- Your Return Product Form must be received by 9/15/24.
- If your Return Product Form is received after 9/15/24 you will be charged a 5% processing fee.
- EPI will coordinate the pickup of your supplies and you will be responsible for 100% of the freight charges at EPI’s negotiated rate.
- If your organization returns more than $750 in product, you will be assessed a 5% processing fee.
- All refund and profit checks will be processed no later than 11/1/24.
